It is very important not to forget the staff in the pictures. It is always good to grab a few shots of a cute camper that was just in a food fight and is covered in food, or one that just came out of the mud pit. However it is still very important to get the staff involvement in the pictures. This does two things:
1. It shows the parents that the campers are well supervised and looked after
2. It show the campers that the staff are fun and outgoing

Using these types of pictures in some of you promotional material could turn out to be very beneficial is reassuring the parents and getting campers excited about the coming year
