How to make a water balloon slingshot:

Material
-Surgical tubing
-Oil funnel with an angle in the top, not a flat top

Directions:
Drill two holes just below the point where the angle is in the top. Thread the surgical tubing about 10 - 14 feet through the hole and tie a double fisherman’s knot (google search: Fisherman Knot) giving you between a 5 - 7 foot loop on either side, and that is it. I have found in my personal experience that the angle top works better then the flat top. My experience could be just luck of the draw, and good drilling.
