Pool Noodles are great things. They can fill in the spot for many different objects. Here a a few ideas:

Pool Noodle Base Ball:
Get a wiffle ball and play baseball where you use either a full pool noodle or half a noodle as the bat and just play normal baseball.

Pool Noodle Field Hockey:
Give and players either a full pool noodle or half a noodle. Get a small ball (volleyball, 4 square ball) and play hockey in a field

Use the pool noodles for a relay item, pass them, get everyone on a team to hold them during the relay

You do something with them where you get the campers to throw them like a javelin at something, through something, need to get a specific distance, at people, farthest, over something, into something, or anything else you want

They can be a hitting tool, a tug of war (with the squirts), a boundary, anything you can come up with. Your imagination is the limit.
