This is something to just kill time during tuck or something. Take some campers and shove as many as you can inside an old tire tube. Then get a few counselors to take a water balloon launcher and shoot water balloons way into the air at the group of campers and see if they can get out of the way before they get wet.

Cup O’ Water
Material:
-1 large garbage cans
-8-10 tables
-1 pail for every team
-1 Styrofoam cup for every player
-optional something to mark a line on the pail (tape, marker, cut the pail, anything for make a line)
